Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product(s) Policies

  • Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s) within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Email us at armoniacopr@gmail.com with the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) received.
  • The product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded, based on your preference.

Damages covered by this Policy do not include damages that the product may have suffered during shipping. We recommend you track your order and avoid prolonged exposure of the products to the sun.

The damages covered are solely manufacturing defects, and the product must be in the same condition as received. The price and/or brand tags, seals, stickers, and security labels must not have been removed, and there should be no signs of use. The product must be intact, with no alterations, foreign odors, or marks from any external agent, including, but not limited to, lipstick, nail polish, ink, paint, or water. It should show no evidence of being mixed, diluted, washed, or altered in any way.

Manufacturing defects or damages will be evaluated by our team, and the decision to grant an exchange or credit will be at our sole discretion.

The item must be returned within a maximum of 48 hours from the confirmation date of receipt. If we determine that it is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item and cover the shipping costs for the replacement. If the customer receives a credit, they will be responsible for the shipping costs of the items purchased using the credit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
